How do I secure my date?
All sessions require a $200 deposit at the time of booking via our online calendar. Your date and time are not secured until this deposit is received.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
If you need to cancel your session entirely, we will refund $150 of your deposit. A $50 administrative processing fee is retained for all cancellations.
What if I need to reschedule?
Reschedule free with 24 hours' notice; $50 if under 24 hours. Rain? We move it at no cost.
What happens if it rains?
Because we shoot 100% outdoors, we keep a close eye on the weather. In the event of severe weather or heavy rain, your session will be rescheduled to our next mutually available date at no additional cost to you.
When will we receive our photos?
Your gallery of 100 professionally edited digital images will be available in your secure client portal exactly one week after your session date.
How do I get my complimentary 11x14 portrait?
Once your digital gallery is delivered, you will be prompted to book a post-shoot Reveal Meeting (hosted either in-studio or online via Google Meet). During this brief meeting, we will finalize your 11x14 portrait and walk you through our custom physical artwork options. You pick up your 11×14 and see your favourite photos printed large — in our studio north of Yorkdale or on Google Meet. No obligation.

Do we have to pay park permit fees?
Some of our locations require a photography permit. Permits are solely the responsibility of the client. Each park page lists the phone number to obtain the permit. If a permit is required and you do not have one, the photographer will not shoot.
When is the balance due?
The remaining balance is due on the day of your shoot. Editing begins once the session is paid in full.
Can we bring more than 5 people?
Yes! Our base package covers up to 5 people. Additional family members are welcome for $50 per person.
When should I schedule my maternity session?
We highly recommend booking your shoot between 28 and 34 weeks of pregnancy. During this window, your bump will be beautifully pronounced, but you will still have the energy and mobility to easily navigate our outdoor park locations.
